Trusha | Creative Head @VillaCMYK | Alumni – of Sir JJ Institute of Applied Arts, Mumbai and Masters in Design from Domus Academy, Milan.

Trusha’s professional career spans over 15 years of industry experience. Her expertise encompasses various domains of graphic design, including brand identity design, packaging design, web design, and communication design. Throughout her career, Trusha has consulted for numerous design studios and startups, collaborating with exceptional talent from the global industry. As a design professional, Trusha has played a pivotal role in developing impactful brand communications for renowned entities such as ColourNext | Asianpaints, Aspira Asianpaints, CEPT University, NITTE Institute of Architecture, Tea Trunk, SIMBA beer, Johnson and Johnson Tiles, and Godrej, among others. Trusha graduated from the Sir JJ Institute of Art, Bombay, and holds a Master’s degree in Design from Domus Academy, Milan. Her extensive and diverse experience enables her to offer a holistic perspective on brand building. She emphasizes providing strategic solutions, offering fresh perspectives, and blending local designs with global aesthetics to create designs that challenge the status quo. Trusha’s design sensibilities draw heavily from traditional print design, with a fervent passion for illustration and typography. Her rich experience has been instrumental in the continuous evolution of her own design studio, VillaCMYK. In addition to her professional pursuits, Trusha also explores traditional printmaking techniques such as linocut and screen printing in her personal art endeavors.

 

VILLACMYK

Established in 2017, Villa CMYK, a design studio, found its haven in a charming villa in Goa. What started with a humble trio of designers has blossomed into a boutique design sanctuary. Our journey then led us to Bangalore, where we established a virtual collaborative space. As a virtual studio, our influence transcends physical confines, linking talents from diverse locales. Through this virtual platform, we unite a varied array of talents, including illustrators, developers, photographers, writers, and fabricators, fostering collaboration on a project-by-project basis. Over the years, we’ve had the privilege of partnering with a wide spectrum of brands, ranging from budding startups to renowned corporate giants.
